Terms of Service

Last updated: July 24, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of westcoastloop.com and your purchase of products and services from LOOP, operated by Blake Mitchell (“LOOP,” “we,” “us”). By using our site, submitting our form, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

What We Provide

LOOP designs and sells custom NFC “tap” cards for local businesses. When tapped with a phone, a card links to a destination you choose — such as your Google review page, Instagram, or website — to help drive foot traffic and reviews.

Orders & Pricing

Payment

We accept payment by Venmo and Zelle (additional methods may be added over time). Payment is due as agreed before we produce and ship your cards, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Delivery

We produce and ship your cards after payment. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Once cards are shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

Text Messaging

If you opt in, you agree to receive text messages from LOOP about your order and inquiry. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate information and to use LOOP cards lawfully. You’re responsible for ensuring the destinations you ask us to link to comply with the applicable platform’s rules (for example, Google’s and Instagram’s policies).

No Guarantee of Results

LOOP provides a tool to make it easier for customers to reach your review page or profile. We do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, ratings, followers, or business results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LOOP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and we’ll update the “Last updated” date above.
