Last updated 24 October 2026. These are the terms you agree to when you buy from LOOP, a product of DoubleTake Media LLC, and when you use the Loop Teams app, as an owner or a team member. You must be 18 or older to buy; team members must be at least 13.
Devices. Cards, wristbands and baseplates, printed to order with your business on them. Each has its own code on the back. A person pairs it by typing that code into the Loop Teams app. Then a tap opens your Google review page, or another of your links if you choose. Taps only count toward the board while a device sends to Google.
The software. The Loop Teams app: taps, reviews, the Leaderboard and Games. It costs $10 a month for each team member, starting the day they pair a device. There is no free trial. A device nobody has paired costs nothing. Your own device is free while it sends to Google; if no one else is on your team yet, pointing it somewhere else starts your first seat.
Joining. People join only by pairing a device in their hand. You can unassign a device; it goes back to your spares and its seat comes off your bill. A device nobody has paired shows a “This card is unclaimed” page, goes nowhere and counts for no one.
Your settings. You choose whether your team can switch their own devices among your links (on unless you turn it off), whether they can share their own contact card (off unless you turn it on), and whether they can suggest games (on unless you turn it off).
Devices are paid for up front through Stripe. Stripe keeps your payment method to bill each seat as people join. The software renews every month until you stop it.
Stopping the software: in the Loop Teams app, tap You, then Billing. It opens your Stripe billing page, where you can cancel. That is the whole process: there is no contract, no notice period and no retention call. We stop billing from the next cycle; we do not refund part-months.
If you bought your cards outright, nothing. They are yours, they keep working, and there is nothing to cancel.
If you got them on Loop Teams, they pause. On the plan the cards are sold at close to what they cost us to make, because the monthly is what pays for them. So if the plan stops, a tap no longer opens your Google page. It opens a LOOP page telling whoever tapped it that the account is paused, with one tap for you to start it again. Nothing is deleted, your history is kept, and the moment you restart, every card works again exactly as before.
A single device you or its holder pause, or one reported lost, shows a paused page too, and counts for no one.
We would rather say this plainly than have you find out with a customer stood in front of you.
Your cards are printed to order with your logo on them, so they cannot be resold and we do not refund them once printed.
What we do instead: if a card arrives wrong, damaged, or not how we agreed it (wrong logo, wrong colour, bad print, a code that does not work), we remake it and ship it again, free. Tell us within 30 days of delivery. We would rather remake a batch than argue about one.
If we have not printed yet and you want to cancel, tell us and we will refund you.
We print and post your cards within 3 to 5 business days of your order, and we text you tracking when they ship. After that it is USPS Ground Advantage, usually another 2–5 business days. We control when cards leave us; we do not control the carrier, so treat delivery timing as an estimate and not a guarantee.
Get your shipping address right at checkout. If it is wrong and we have already posted them, a reprint is on you.
Your artwork stays yours. By uploading it you are telling us you have the right to use it, and giving us permission to print it on your cards and show it back to you in our app. That is all we do with it.
This one protects you more than us. Google’s policies do not allow you to offer a reward for a review, to ask only your happy customers, or to filter out people likely to leave a bad one. Doing any of that can get your reviews removed or your listing penalised.
So: hand the card to everybody, or leave it where everybody can reach it. Do not pay for reviews, do not offer a discount for one, and do not screen who gets asked. If we find cards being used that way we will stop supplying you.
Games reward your team for asking. You are responsible for any prize you promise. A prize must never go to a customer in return for a review.
The app is software and software has bad days. Your devices run on the same servers as the app. We work to keep them up, but we do not promise a percentage.
We will make your cards properly and we will fix them if we do not. What we cannot promise is a result: how many reviews you get depends on your business and your customers, not on us.
If something goes wrong and it is our fault, what we owe you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it happened. We are not liable for lost profits or knock-on losses. Nothing here limits anything that cannot legally be limited.
You can stop the software any time, as above. We can stop serving an account that does not pay, or that uses the cards in the ways described above. If we end it without cause, we refund the unused part of your software month.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If we cannot sort something out between us, it goes to the courts of Collin County, Texas.
If we change these terms we will change the date at the top, and tell you if the change actually affects you.
