Last updated 30 August 2026. LOOP is a product of DoubleTake Media LLC (“we”, “us”).
The short version: we collect what we need to make your cards, take your payment and show you your own results. We do not sell it, we do not run advertising trackers, and there is no analytics software on this site.
What we collect
From you, because you gave it to us. Your name, your business name, your phone number, your email address, your shipping address, and any logo or artwork you upload for your cards. If you add staff names so your dashboard can show a leaderboard, we store those too.
Your messages with us. Most of LOOP happens over text. We keep those conversations so the next person you speak to knows what was already said.
Public information about your business. Your listing as it appears on Google — name, address, rating, review count — which is how we find you and how your dashboard shows whether reviews are going up.
Card taps. When somebody taps one of your cards we record which card was tapped and when. We do not know who tapped it. There is no login, no cookie and no name attached to a tap — that is why your dashboard can tell you a card is working but can never tell you who the customer was.
What we never have
Your card number. Payments run through Stripe. The numbers are typed on Stripe’s page, not ours, and we only ever see the brand and the last four digits on the receipt.
Trackers. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party cookies on this site.
Who else touches it
Only the companies that make the product work, and only for that purpose:
- Stripe — payments and receipts
- Twilio — sending and receiving the texts
- Amazon Web Services — where the software runs and where your card artwork is stored
- Google — business listings and review counts
- Resend — the emails we send you
- The printer and carrier who make and deliver your cards, who get your shipping address and your artwork
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. If we are ever legally required to hand something over, we will.
How long we keep it
While you are a customer, and for as long afterwards as we need for tax and accounting records.
If a rep visited your business and you never bought anything, we keep what we gathered for up to 24 months and then delete it.
Your say in it
Email support@westcoastloop.com and ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. A real person reads that address. We will not make you fill in a form or prove anything unreasonable — we will just need to be sure you are you before we hand over or erase anything.
Some records we have to keep even if you ask us to delete everything — payment records, mostly, because tax law says so. We will tell you if that applies.
Texting
Reply STOP to any of our texts and we stop texting you. That works immediately and permanently, and you do not have to ask us nicely first.
Security, honestly
Your data sits in Amazon’s data centres, encrypted at rest, and reaches us over encrypted connections. Access is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect, and we would rather say that than promise otherwise — if something ever goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.
Not for children
LOOP is sold to businesses. It is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect anything about children.
If this changes
We will change the date at the top. If a change actually matters to you, we will text or email you rather than hoping you check this page.
